Workspaces

Open several repositories side by side.

A workspace opens several repositories at once, and is shared with the Mac app. Read Concepts for what a workspace is.

Opening one

Pass several paths, or the name of a saved workspace:

reviewer ~/code/web ~/code/api
reviewer -w platform

Press ⌘O (or O) inside the app to see the open workspace, the saved ones, and recent repositories. Type a path to open that folder. ⌥⌘O adds a repository to the workspace you have open.

If you start reviewer in a folder that holds several repositories, it opens the saved workspace made of them, or saves a new one named after the folder.

The focused repository

Most things cover every repository: the tree, search, comments, pull requests and Run. Branches, commits and History belong to one repository at a time, the focused one, shown on the branch chip.

Press p to choose the focused repository, and > and < to step through them. Fetch, pull and push ask which repository to use, or all of them.

Editing a workspace

From the ⌘O list, press → on a workspace to edit it. j and k move, J and K reorder, x removes a repository, a adds one, and Return saves.
