Resolving comments with any agent
Hand the comments you leave in Reviewer to Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or any agent that runs skills.
The Mac app can hand comments straight to Claude Code or Codex. If you prefer
another agent, or you run your agent outside Reviewer, use the
resolve-reviewer-comments skill. It works with any agent that supports
skills, including Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and OpenCode.
Installing the skill
Run this in the repository you review, or wherever your agent looks for skills:
npx skills add Darna-Digital/reviewer --skill resolve-reviewer-commentsUsing it
With Reviewer running, ask your agent:
Resolve my reviewer comments. The agent then:
- Fetches the comments you left on the repository.
- Reads each file around the line a comment points at.
- Makes the change the comment asks for.
- Resolves the comment right after its change, so Reviewer shows it as done.
If a comment is unclear or contradicts another one, the agent asks you instead of guessing.
Once it finishes, open Reviewer again. The agent's changes are a new diff, ready to read before you commit.
Reviewer has to be running
The skill reads comments from the Reviewer server. If neither app is open, the agent will tell you it couldn't reach Reviewer and stop.
How it works
The skill is a short set of instructions that calls the Reviewer server's API. You can use the same two endpoints from your own scripts:
# List the comments on this repository
curl -sfG http://127.0.0.1:41811/api/comments \
--data-urlencode "repo=$(git rev-parse --show-toplevel)"
# Resolve one
curl -sfG -X DELETE "http://127.0.0.1:41811/api/comments/<id>" \
--data-urlencode "repo=$(git rev-parse --show-toplevel)"Each comment carries the file, the line, the side of the diff, your text, and the comparison it was left on. You can read the skill itself on GitHub.
